STOCK IMAGES are available for licensing for personal, commercial or editorial use. Most of my images are licensed as rights-managed and can be used for an advertising campaign, a company presentation, for your personal or commercial blog or website. They can also be licensed for use on calendars, book publications and brochures just to name a few.
- About Rights-Managed
Rights Managed, or RM, in photography and the stock photo industry, refers to a copyright license which, if purchased by a user, allows a one time use of the photo as specified by the license. If the user wants to use the photo for other uses an additional license needs to be purchased. RM licenses can be given on a non-exclusive or exclusive basis. In stock photography RM is one of the four common licenses or business models. (from Wikipedia)
- About Selecting Images
You may begin by browsing the various IMAGE GALLERIES. Or, you may do a direct SEARCH to locate the specific image/images to fit your needs. When performing a search you can enter all the pertaining information regarding the image you are looking to license, and the search will return all the images meeting your specifications.
If you are interested in licensing an image in the gallery that is not listed in the Stock Images galleries, please contact us and if possible we will make it available for you to license.
- About Licensing Images
To license images simply select the buy/cart drop down arrow button in the upper right hand side of the image and click on select product then choose downloads. From the screen that you are presented with you can select the type of licensing you require for your specific needs. The price will be displayed along with the licensing terms. After selecting the type of license you may add your selections to the cart then proceed with the check out process. If the criteria you require is not listed in the pricing calculator please Contact Us for assistance.
- About Invoice and Payments

Online payments are handled thru the secure and encrypted PayPal checkout. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make a credit card payment. If you should require an invoice aside from the Paypal payment confirmation that you automatically receive via email, please Contact Us and we will be happy to supply you with a invoice as a .pdf file for your record keeping.
- About Downloading Image Files
Immediately after completing your purchase you will be presented with a download link. The images will not contain the watermark and you will receive a high resolution .jpg file of the image or images you have licensed. Please be sure to save and backup the digital file for safe keeping.
- About Terms Of Use
After licensing your images you are able to use them as specified in the license terms that you selected. If you should require additional uses or extended time you will be required to purchase an additional image license.
It is the responsibility of the person or company licensing an image to determine and secure a Property And or Model Release if the image is being use for commercial purposes and a release is required for the intended usage. Please note that some forms of publication typically do not require a model release (e.g., news articles and other editorial use).
Files for Editorial Use Only cannot be used for commercial purposes without the proper releases. These files may contain identifiable brands, locations or people without the proper legal releases needed for commercial use. They may be used in blogs, magazine and newspaper editorial applications, or other non-commercial uses.
