It was a real treat re-visiting Fonthill Castle, located in Doylestown, PA this past Sunday while on a Roamin’ with Roman HDR Photography Workshop. The workshop participants and friends that attended were amazing. The Fonthill staff and crew could not be more pleasing and accommodating to all of us. Needless to say the workshop was a real delight and despite the high temperatures it ran without a glitch.
I have quickly processed a few images from Fonthill Castle in order to do a blog post and be able to share them. I have already seen some of the attendees images and they did a great job. It is always very interesting to see the different takes and processing styles of others, even when shooting together in the same venue.
The history behind Fonthill Castle is very interesting and the place is absolutely spectacular to visit and for photographers it’s a piece of heaven on earth. I have a lot of images to go thru and process, not only from Fonthill but from many other places. I hope to have some free time soon in order to complete the task at hand.
All of my images in todays post were tone-mapped using Photomatix HDR software and further processed in Adobe Photoshop CS5 using Nik Color Efex Pro, Nik Silver Efex Pro and Topaz Adjust.

I would like to thank the staff at Fonthill, my friends, workshop participants, Roman and my husband Anthony which I love dearly for a wonderful day.
